- You can reserve your car online with a fully refundable deposit of $199. If you are reserving a vehicle via our website www.mycarchoice.com.au, we will remove the vehicle from public sale for a period of up to 5 days.
- You are required to contact us within 48 hours of placing the reservation to confirm your interest. If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, we will act in good faith and assume that you wish to cancel the reservation. As a result, the vehicle will be returned to public sale, and any funds received will be refunded in full to your original payment method once cleared in our account.
- How long will my refund take?
If you cancel before signing the Vehicle Sales Contract, your reservation deposit will be refunded in full. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. For security reasons, all refunds are made only via the original payment method used.
- Can I reserve a vehicle while arranging finance?
Yes, we can hold your vehicle for up to 5 days while you finalise your finance arrangements. If you are unable to secure finance within this period, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit refunded in full.
